Prisub Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging your online purchase.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless we have sent you an incorrect item.

Exceptions – Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to accept a return for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt included.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [Number] business days.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges for incorrect items. However, you can return the incorrect item following the return policy above and then place a new order for the correct item.
